“If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.”
- Henry Ford
1. ‘Success’ means different things to different people. However, since most people desire health, happiness and wealth, any one or all of these often serve as ‘evidence’ of one’s success in life.
2. In its most basic sense, it means ‘achieving the results you desire’, and applies to any aspect of life you can think of. This means that even the baby steps you take on your way to ‘achieving the results you desire’, are successes and you should celebrate each one along the way.
3. The ability to succeed is freely available to you, same as to anyone else.
4. Whether or not you succeed depends on what you believe is possible.
5. The degree to which you succeed also depends on your beliefs.
Notice that you don’t have to have any special ‘gifts’ or ‘qualifications’ to succeed. Starting where you are right now, you can make the rest of your life a successful one. You just need to decide to do so and be determined to take whatever appropriate action is necessary, and you’ll be fine as long as you persist on your course. Remember Henry Ford’s quote: “If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.“
Have a fantastic day!
Blessings to ya.
